As Co-Designers of this magnificent project, Tim and Dustin were able to understand the clean, simple horizontal lines of the now very popular modern movement. This new executive Hermosa Beach residence has a sophisticated presence making the viewer sense a warm but organized existence with its compliment of steel, glass and wood for the exterior finishes. This two story masterpiece is a showcase for green living at the beach offering 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2,986 square feet of living space.
